Dear guests, simple rules to keep common understanding and keep property and the island clean and eco-friendly: 🌿 When Leaving the House → Switch off all AC & lights & close all doors (you can use keylock for your convenience) 🌬️ Running AC → Keep doors and windows closed FOR MONTHLY STAYS (28+ NIGHTS): 1. Electricity extra charged - by meter, 7thb/unit (usually around 2-3000 THB/mo per aircon, depends how much you use aircon) 2. Cleaning&bedsets change during your stay are not included - if you wish, our cleaning company can do it for 1000 THB per case 3. Security deposit is collected upon arrival: 10'000 thb, and returned on checkout (deducted by electricity fee and if any damages) 🚭 Smoking inside the house is not allowed because smoke damages the property and requires more expenses for cleaning (+1000 THB) - but you can smoke outside on the balcony/terrace/yards. 🪰🐜🦎 We also remind you that our island is a jungle where many different insects live, whether we like it or not. Therefore, please close your doors and windows, especially when you are leaving home 🏝️🦶👣 Sometimes our feet get dirtier than the house.
